This conference aims to discuss and reflect on medieval colour and its importance in the life of the period aims to be a meeting point and a forum to reflect on medieval colour and its importance in the life of the period (art history, aesthetics, technology, sensory studies, philosophy, restoration, art techniques, linguistics, psychology, optics, etc.) in an attempt to promote a more complete view of the colour of the medieval soul. To this end, the conference proposes a series of thematic lines around which the different sessions and free exchange meetings will be organised, all of them with the medieval colour as a central concept.
The conference will take place from 2 to 4 March at the Faculty of Education of the Complutense University of Madrid.
All participants, including the speakers, must be officially registered via the link . Only those applicants who have registered correctly will be accredited to attend the conference.
Registration fees range from €8-45 depending on the status of the participant and €8 for admission to universities that partner with the institution such as Complutense University students.
